The Johnson Creek Kindergarteners have continued their Kindness Project the past two months by sending cards to soldiers in December and spreading kindness around their school in January. Each student made a card to send to a soldier before the holidays and in January, students came up with ideas to hang on a bulletin board so that students from all grades could take an idea from the board and complete that act of kindness! Some of the ideas the students came up with were: complimenting a classmate or teacher, helping a classmate with school work, smile at everyone you see today, and sit by a new friend at lunch today. There is a long list of ideas, and it’s fun to see the whole school spreading kindess to each other! Stay tuned to see how the kindergarteners spread kindness the rest of the year.
