FBLA Finds Success at Regional Conference

On Saturday, students in Future Business Leaders of America attended the Regional Leadership Conference at Columbus High School. Students began with a welcome from the Region V Vice President, along with a guest speaker from the March of Dimes, FBLA’s official charity. Students then went on to their competitions. After lunch, students listened to local business owners and professionals and had an opportunity to ask them questions.

Our team did excellent. It was the first time that every single competing member placed. The results are:

  • Abby Hintz – Client Service (4th Place)
  • Garrett Trimborn – Computer Problem Solving (3rd Place and will move on to compete in the State Leadership Conference)
  • Mackenzie Seeber – Electronic Career Portfolio (2nd Place and will move on to compete in the State Leadership Conference)
  • Minnie Hintz and Bella Herman – Graphic Design (4th Place)
  • Jon Karczewski – Help Desk (4th Place)
