PremierBank Donates Money for Johnson Creek Athletic Fields

The Johnson Creek School District received another donation towards its new athletic fields. PremierBank presented a check for $12,000 to Superintendent Dr. Garvey. The campaign began in June of 2015 to raise $2.5 million for a new football field and track, game field for baseball, game field for softball and practice fields. With this recent donation, the total funds raised so far is $711,173.

Bank President, Roy Budlong stated, “PremierBank has been a constant supporter of the Johnson Creek School District, and is very proud to be a part of its future and the success it will enjoy.”

PremierBank was originally organized in 1863 as The First National Bank and was the first bank in Jefferson County area. Today there are a total of eight PremierBank locations in Fort Atkinson, Johnson Creek, Jefferson, and Sullivan.

“The school district appreciates the support of businesses such as PremierBank” said Dr. Garvey. “This project is dependent upon the support of our community.”

The “One Team, One Dream” website, www.jconeteamonedream.com, outlines all of the different levels of support and also includes diagrams and renderings of the project and different ways individuals and businesses can help the capital campaign. Additional information is available on the campaign’s Facebook page and Twitter feed.
